SotW - now with sound effects!

Sound has been on my long-term list for ages, but it took some poking in the Discord for me to actually implement it in a limited fashion: SotW now has sound effects for certain things, and support for extending this via message manager regex matches. Don't worry about that if all you're interested in is playing - sound is now available, and will be expanded in future releases. Music has been on my long-term to-do list for yeras, as well. Maybe that'll be next.
